1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, and customized orders are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our return address (customer bears return shipping cost unless the product is defective).
After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.
